• Same Day Shipping: All orders received by 5pm CST on business days will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• Delivery Time: Orders shipped within the United States will typically arrive within 2 - 10 business days after they have been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and carrier.

2. Shipping Methods

• We use various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. The shipping carrier and method will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your order's delivery status.

3. Shipping Rates

• Orders under $75 will be charged based on the carrier selected and the shipping address.
• We currently ship only within the United States.

4. Order Processing

• We process orders during business hours from 5 am to 6 pm CST, all days of week, excluding some holidays.
• Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
