Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Merino Bond and we will do whatever it takes to make 100% Happy. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned. We accept returns within 35 days of the date of purchase for items purchased within the United States. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that all returns must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

1. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email us at support@merinobond.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your merchandise. Please pack your merchandise securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for the refund to be processed.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchange

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

4. Non-returnable Items

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@merinobond.com within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the defective or damaged item. We will replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping and handling fees.
